摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the of radioprotection effects of Wumaidanghuang (WMDH) Oral Liquid.Methods Mice were divided into 5 groups including the healthy control,model group and 3 doses groups,and were given medicine for continuous 14 d.At 3 h after last dose administration,the model group and three experimental groups were performed the once systemic irradiation with 7.5 Gy 60Co γ-rays.The survival time and the 30 d survival rate were recorded in various doses groups.Another group was treated with the same dose of medicine for continuous 14 d.3.0 Gy 60Coγ-rays was adopted for once systemic irradiation.Peripheral blood WBC,the spleen and thymus indexes were determined in various doses groups.Results WMDH Oral Liquid could effectively extend the survival time,increase peripheral blood WBC and the spleen and thymus indexes in the irradiated mice.Conclusion WMDH Oral Liquid has obvious radioprotection effect on the mice radiation damage,which deserves to be further researched and developed.关键词
