Abstract
Objective To establish the acid staining method for the determination of total alkaloid content in Fritillaria Cirrhosa.Methods The mixed solution of trichloromethane-methanol (4 ∶ 1) was adopted to extract total alkaloids in Fritillaria Cirrhosa; the acid dye staining method was used to determine the content of total alkaloids with imperialine as the index components.Methods The content of total alkaloids in 4 specifications of samples of Fritillaria Cirrhosa all were in line with the stipulation of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edtion 2010,Part 1).Conclusion This method does not require the sophisticated instruments,is easy and simple to operate and can be used as the quality testing method of Fritillaria Cirrhosa.关键词
