摘要
Abstract
Objective To solve the problem of related substances instability in Penicillin V Potassium Tablets.Methods The comparison of the dissolution curves between the optimized prescription by the orthogonal experiment and the control sample was performed,and then the changes of related substances and penicillin V potassium contents were investigated through accelerated test.Results The dissolving behavior and the stability of selfmade prescription was similar to the control sample.Conclusion Conducting the optimized design on the selfmade prescription by the orthogonal experiment,the studied new prescription is scientific and practical with good stability.关键词
