Abstract
Objective To understand the unreasonable situation of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 14 400 pieces of outpatient prescriptions were randomly sampled from January 2011 to December 2011 for summarizing and analyzing the situation of the irrational prescriptions.Results The unreasonable prescriptions accounted for 4.83％ of the total prescriptions,which were mainly manifested by the prescription format error or improper prescription writing,irrational prescription content,etc.Conclusion The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital are basically rational,but there are still some phenomena of irrational drug use,the management should be strengthened for improving the level of medication administration,reinforcing the pharmacist's audit and ensuring patients' effective,safe and economic medication.关键词
