米氮平与西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine and citalopram in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 72 senile patients with depression were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and treated by mirtazapine and citalopram for 8 weeks respectively.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and the Treatment Emergent Sympton Scale (TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions.Methods After 8 weeks treatment,the effective rates in the study group and the control group were 88.89％ and 86.11％ respectively,which showed no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The HAMD total score,anxiety/somatization factor score and the sleep disturbance factor score were decreased significantly in the two groups(P ＜0.05 or 0.01),but which in the study group was declined more rapidly and more obviously(P ＜0.05 or 0.01).The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions and the TESS scores had no significantly difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with citalopram,mirtazapine is equally safe and effective in the treatment of senile depression,but has the more quick onset of action and shows a significant advantage in the improvement of insomnia,anxiety and somatization symptoms.关键词
