Abstract
Objective To compare the treatment of patellar fractures in the three different fixation methods designed for clinical treatment to provide further guidance basis. Methods Selected 80 cases of patella fracture patients from January 2009 January 2012,the line wire surrounded by stitching 22 cases,set up to group A;the line tension band fixation 26 cases,the establishment of group B,line fixed within the patellar concentrator 32 cases, set up to group C. Results The three groups all successfully completed the surgery,and the excellent rate,the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).The Lysholm knee score,the difference was not significant.But group A,the longest length of stay and complication rate (31.8%); the difference of complications incidence was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The three types of treatment of patellar fracture,there were certain superiority,according to fracture type to select a different technique,and postoperative need of early exercise in order to effectively avoid the complications of surgery to achieve maximum rehabilitation.关键词
