Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early sputum suctioning by fibro-bronchoscope in the treatment of aged patients with aspiration pneumonia and discuss the clinical application. Methods 80 aged patients with aspiration pneumonia were selected and divided into the observation groups of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases.The observation group were treated with early sputum suctioning by fibro-bronchoscope while the control group were treated with traditional therapies.Respiratory rates, heart rates, moist rales and imagining findings were compared between the two groups by statistical analysis. Results After treatment,the observation group showed better efficacy than the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Early sputum suctioning by fibro-bronchoscope has a significant efficacy in the treatment of aged patients with aspiration pneumonia and is worthy of further promotion.关键词
