摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of detection the level of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic system in DIC of materna. Methods There were 32 patients with DIC of materna and 30 patients of healthy maternal who were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011. To test the coagulation and fibrinolytic system level of the two group. Results Compared with the control group,PLT count and FIB level of the DIC group were significantly lower. PT,TT,D-D and APTT significantly increased.The two groups had the significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system level is better for the early diagnosis of DIC,which has an important meaning.PT,TT and APTT significant increase showed blood clotting hyperthyroidism,and D-D rise showed the occurrence of secondary fibrinolysis.Changes in these indicators can be used as indicators of early diagnosis of maternal DIC.关键词
