Abstract
Objective To investigate the intractable duodenal ulcer disease, cure HP can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of ulcers. Plus the daily life of a reasonable diet and regular sports make the majority of peptic ulcer and complete cure. Methods 98 patients of the hospital, the adoption of quadruple therapy with omeprazole, clarithromycin, bismuth potassium citrate capsules, amoxicillin treatment effects were observed. Results Omeprazole quadruple therapy + proper diet treatment of duodenal ulcer total effective rate 97.96% 96.93% of the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori, the treatment of duodenal ulcer associated with significant abdominal pain, abdominal distension and belching back to acid efficiency of 98.98%. Conclusion The omeprazole quadruple therapy for the treatment of duodenal ulcer effect was significant, post-matched to the proper diet is possible to cure peptic ulcer.关键词
