摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the functional endoscopic sinus surgery and macrolide drug treatment of chronic sinusitis effects. Methods 218 cases of chronic sinusitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Treating the 108 cases of experimental group with endoscopic sinus surgery,while the 110 cases of the control group were given large ring grease for treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05),CT findings of the experimental group patients after 1 year with the control group,significant differences(P <0.05). Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of patients,improve clinical efficacy.关键词
