Expression of urotensinⅡand its receptors during ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats in vivo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of urotensin Ⅱ and its receptors during ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Using IHC to observe the levels of UII and UT of rat pulmonary tissues and Using ELISA to observe the levels of U Ⅱ and UT of rat pulmonary tissues in different groups. Results U Ⅱ and UT was widely distributed in a variety of pulmonary cells.Its expression was boosted in pulmonary tissues and plasma after appearance of ischemia and reperfusion,especially in reperfusion stage,ischemia,reperfusion and up-regulation the expression of UT. Conclusion Ischemia and reperfusion can promote lung tissue cells to synthesize and excrete release U Ⅱ.关键词
