姜黄素对前列腺癌PC-3细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of curcumine on prostate cancer cell line PC-3. Methods By means of different concentrations(10,20,40,60,80μmol/L)of curcumin and Platinol role PC-3 cells for 24 h,by means of lente concentration (40μmol/L) of curcumin and Platinol role PC-3 cells for 4,12,24,48,72 h. MTT method was used to measure the proliferation of PC-3 cells;and detect the cell cycle changes by flow cytometry. Results The depressant effect of curcumine on PC-3 is similar to Platinol(P >0.05),with a concentration and time-dependent. As the drug concentration and time increases,the inhibition rate increased gradually.Flow cytometry showed that,curcumine and Platinol make PC-3 cell growth arrest at G2/M phase, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). Each experimental group compared with the control group had significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Curcumine can significantly inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells and has a better value of clinical application and exploitation in the treatment of prostate cance.关键词
