子痫前期胎盘组织中STOX1的表达及意义
Expression and significance of STOX1 in placenta of preeclampsia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of STOX1 protein in placenta of preeclampsia. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining assay and western-blot was used to observe the expression of STOX1 protein in placental tissue from 67 cases of preeclampsia and 35 cases of nomal pregnancy. Results STOX1 protein were mostly found in syncytiotrophoblast and cytotrophoblast.The expression level of STOX1 protein in preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher compared with the normal pregnancy group(P <0.05).The expression level of STOX1 protein in group of sever preeclampsia was significantly higher compared with the mild pre-eclampsia group(P <0.05),the expression level of STOX1 protein in group of mild preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in the group of normal pregnany(P <0.05). Conclusion STOX1 may have a positive relationship with the degree of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of this disease.关键词
