Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil. Methods 48 patients with gastric cancer in the author's hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and each had 24 patients. The clinical effects were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 54.17%, and obviously more than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil which were used in treating gastric cancer has a good clinical effect and the treatment is worthy of promotion.关键词
