Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical adaptability influence factors of the practice nurses and psychological interventions, to explore the impact of psychological intervention on clinical adaptability of the practice nurses, and target to be a psychological intervention. Methods To analyze influence factors of clinical adaptability on the practice nurses, in order to observe the impact of psychological intervention on psychological quality and operational skills of the practice nurses. Results Practice nurses in mental qualities, skills, etc., are significantly improved and improved through systematic psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention can be more effectively improving clinical ability of student nurses to adapt and improve their psychological qualities and skills, and its smooth transition to the professional nurse has a positive role in promoting and has a great significance.关键词
