小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者的全血锌水平变化
Change in the whole blood Zn level of children with rotavirus enteritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the difference in the whole blood level of zinc between the children with Rotavirus enteritis in the acute phase and the health children,and to understand the harm of Zn deficiency for children and the necessity of the reasonable supplement of zinc. Methods 4362 cases of children with RV enteritis and 4560 cases of health children were selected. The contents of blood Zn were determine by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. Results The contents of blood Zn in children with RV enteritis were obviously lower than health children,the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The contents of blood Zn in children with RV enteritis reduced. The majority of children with RV enteritis were state of Zn deficiency.关键词
