Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of integrated expectorant treatment in home cares in COPD patients with stable stage. Methods 120 COPD patients in our hospital were divided into the observation group and control group, the control group were given the mucosolvan sheets and the compound Xianzhuli expectorant treatment while the observation group was treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride injection plus the compound Xianzhuli expectorant treatment.Two groups were assessed after one year. Results 34 patients (57.0%) were mMRC class 0 to 1 in the control group with 47 cases (78.3%) in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant (P=0.01).There were 39 cases (65.0%) whose lung function between GOLD 1 to 2 in the control group and 46 cases (77.7%)in the observation group. No significant difference was found (P=0.16).Each year with acute exacerbation which was lower than 1 in the control group was 15 cases (25.0%) and in the observation group was 28 cases (46.7%), the two groups were significantly different (P=0.01).There was no death within one year in the both groups. The incidence of metabolic syndrome, anxiety and depression of the control group was significantly lower (P=0.02, P=0.03). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of combined oral the compound Xianzhuli phlegm treatment has an evident effect in the rehabilitation treatment of COPD stable stage and worthy of using in the clinical.关键词
