Ang-2和HIF-1α在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义
Differential expression of Ang-2 and HIF-1αand their significance in transitional cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship among the expression of angiopoietin-2,hypoxia- inducible factor 1αand the clinicopathological variables in patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder,the correlation of Ang-2 and HIF-1αin transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Methods The expression of Ang-2 and HIF-1αwere assessed by immunohistochemistry in tissue sections from 60 patiens with transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder and in 20 normal bladder samples,as to compare and analyze the clinical cases as well as statistically analyze. Results There is no marked expression of Ang-2 and HIF-1αin normal bladder samples.The positive expression of Ang-2 and HIF-1α was detected in TCC samples.The positive rate of Ang-2 and HIF-1αis respectively 47.7%(28/60),41.7%(25/60).In TCC, positive Ang-2 and HIF-1αexpression was significantly correlated with histological grade,clinical stage.There are relatively correlations in the overexpression of Ang-2 and HIF-1αin TCC each other(rs=0.498,P <0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that bladder tissue had got Ang-2 receptor and HIF-1α receptor in cancerization.The overexpression of Ang-2 and HIF-1αare associated with tumour grades,stages.There are positive correlations in the expression of Ang-2 and HIF-1α in TCC each other.These findings suggest that Ang-2 and HIF-1αall possibly play an important role in development and progression of TCC.关键词
