Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA combined with Edaravone for acute cerebral infarction patients whose onset time less than 6 hours. Methods 92 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients who were admitted to the writer's hospital from May.2008 to June.2011 were retrospectively analysed,45 cases of them were treated with intravenous thrombolysis by using rt-PA and then compared with control group. Results The intravenous thrombolysis taking rate of acute cerebral infarction patients whose onset time less than 6 hours was 38.6%, and no cerebral hemorrhage happened, however, there was a period of time for nerverous system function recovery needed.60% thrombolysis patients recovered within 20 days,26.7% of them had a significant efficacy,8.9% had a moderate efficacy,2.2% ineffective and 2.2% deteriorated. Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA was a good efficacy and safety for acute cerebral infarction patients whose onset time less than 6 hours, meanwhile, the medical workers must increase the recognition of cerebral infarction, take thrombolysis treatment early and maximum the prognosis.关键词
