Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with osteoporosis. Methods 88 elderly patients with diabetic complicated with osteoporosis were divided into control and treatment group. The control group was treated with Caltrate D treatment. The treatment group was treated with Caltrate D and salmon calcitonin. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The improvement of related indicators before and after treatment was significantly greater than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect is very obvious application of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with osteoporosis.关键词
