摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the misdiagnosis and preventive measures of maxillary sinus malignant tumor. Methods The general information, clinical manifestations, imaging finding, pathological type and treatments of 26 patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumors misdiagnosis were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results The kinds of misdiagnosed disease were up to 8, the first misdiagnosis in individual clinics or township hospitals accounted for 65.4%, non-professionals misdiagnosed rate was 80.8%. Conclusion It can reduce misdiagnosis through physicians improve the understanding of maxillary sinus malignant tumor, reasonable and relevant examination and correct clinical thinking way.关键词
