会阴冷敷垫在产后会阴水肿中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Magnesium sulfate combined with cold dressing in the treatment of dropsy in perineum after postpartum period. Methods 80 cases with perineal edema were observed after postpartum period. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by cold dressing pad for perineum.The control group was treated by traditional Magnesium sulfate. Results The effective power of experiment group was 92.5%,and the effective power of control group was 74.5%. Conclusion The patients are treated by the cold dressing pad after parturition 2 hours late. It gets a high efficient,and is convenient in operation.关键词
