摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean. Methods 17 cases with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean were diagnosed clinical therapeutic effect. Results The blood β-HCG levels of 17 cases were elevated, and 11 patients were ultrasonography diagnosed.The diagnosed rate was 64.7%.5 cases of 7 cases were successful with cyclophosphamide.3 cases of 9 cases with uterine curettage or abortion after the treatment were successful.1 cases of patients with uterine bleeding in emergency uterine artery embolization operation was successful. Conclusion Early diagnosis is the key to this disease treatment. Drug therapy is the foundation, and the hysteroscopy is a safe and effective diagnosis and treatment ways.关键词
