摘要
Abstract
Objective:Explore application value of spiral CT in liver hydatid cyst and its complications diagnosis.Methods; Retrospective analysis of 46 cases CT findings of liver hydatid cysts of hospital confirmed by surgery.Results:46 cases of liver hydatid cysts had a total of 61 hydatid cysts.Unilocular hydatid cyst in 14 cases,multilocular hydatid cyst in 32 cases,calcification in 16 cases,30 patients with no calcification; to have complications in 19 cases,unilocular hydatid complicating internal rupture four cases.In multilocular hydatid cysts complications 13 patients communicating rupture,two cases of direct rupture,concurrent infection two cases,misdiagnosis one cases,preoperative CT inspection diagnostic accuracy of 46 cases hepatic hydatid cysts sick person was 97.8％ .Conclusion:Spiral CT can provide credible image in hepatic hydatid cyst and its complications diagnosis and treatment.It has great clinical value.关键词
