Abstract
Inthelightoftheprogressingofthesecondarymanagementsysteminhighervocationalcolleges,onthe basisofacomparativestudyonthestatusquointhisregardbetweenChinaandothercountries,thispaperattempts toexploresuchessentialissues:thecontentofresearchmanagementunderthesecondarymanagementsystemin highervocationalcolleges,theimprovementoftheresearchstaffinthoseinstitutions.Thisexplorationisbasedona casestudyofthesecondarymanagementmodelattwolevels:departmentandcollege.关键词
