摘要
Abstract
Inter-organizationresourcessharingoftechnologicalinnovationnetworksreferstothefactthattechnologi-calinnovationnetworkparticipantsshareanduseinnovationresourcesjointlyintheprocessofinnovationactivities. ThroughtheempiricalresearchconductedinBeijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Hubei,Hunanandotherprovincesor cities,itisdiscoveredthattheinter-organizationresourcessharingoftechnologicalinnovationnetworksinChinais stillattheinitialstageandtherearefourbigdifficulties:insufficientknowledgeandtechnologyresourcessharing, scarcehumanresources,lowlevelofeffectivecommunicationandunreasonableperformanceevaluation.Basedon thesedifficulties,thisarticleputforwardfourcountermeasures:strengtheningtheinter-organizationtrust,cultiva-tingandabsorbingtechnologyinnovationtalents,constructinganinformationplatformandimplementingascientific andreasonableperformanceevaluatingsystem.关键词
