Abstract
Refrigerant R290 is a possible replacement for other refrigerant in small hermetic systems, like factory made commercial refrigerators and freezers. R290 is a possible refrigerant for commercial refrigerators and freezers, with good energy efficiency, but special care has to be taken to the flammability of propane. Based on our years of experience, we analyze its applicable characteristics of its working pressure, charging amount and chosen of the matched materials, selection of the expansion devices and other applications, and give out how to control the refrigerant leakage avoid of the refrigerant accumulation and ignition sparks, and coexist of the ignition sparks and flammable sources. In the paper, safety measures are introduced.关键词
