Different Intensive Insulin Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Compared Observed

Abstract
Objective :Comparison of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injections (MDI) to strengthen the clinical efficacy of treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods :Patients were randomly divided into the CSII group and MDI group.CSII group were treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin injection therapy,MDI group were treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections.Observed patients changes in serum cholesterol,blood glucose,triglycerides,while compared in patients with the time required by the dosage of insulin,insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia.Results :CSII group and MDI group contrast to serum cholesterol and triglycerides were significantly improved.The two groups were compared in terms of the time required by the dosage of insulin,insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion :Two groups intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes are both effective.The CSII better save the amount of insulin to control blood sugar,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.关键词
