Abstract
Objective :To investigate the cause of postpartum hemorrhage uterine inertia clinical care measures.Methods :A retrospective analysis and summary of our hospitalin March 2009 to September 201173 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia causes clirucal care measures.Results :After 73 cases of postpartum hemorrhage to stop bleeding quickly and effectively and strengthen the care of postpartum hemorrhage after the successful rescue.73 cases with l case of matemal hysterectomies without bleeding,1 case of postpartum hemorrhage was no death.Conclusion :Effectively screened out before birth mothers at high risk of maternal labor before delivery of knowledge to enhance mission to strengthen the delivery care and close monitoring after delivery maternal vital signs and symptoms,postpartum hemorrhage in a timely manner in case of uterine massage and strengthen psychological care,can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,can effectively reduce the rate of bleeding after the hysterectomy,and ultimately enhance and improve maternal quality of life.关键词
