Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for hepatic bile duct stones.Methods:68 cases of hepatic bile duct stones from January 2009 to December 2012 in writer’s hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy,and the control group was given open regular liver/segment resection,to compare the patients operation time,perioperative bleeding,the time of hospital stays and the rate of complication in two groups.Results:The operation time in observation group was longer than the control group,but perioperative bleeding,the rate of complications,the time of hospital stays were lower than the control group,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for hepatic bile duct stones can effectively reduce perioperative bleeding,the time of hospital stays and the rate of complication,it is a kinds of effective surgical treatment,but it extend the operation time,the operator should to improve skill of surgeons,shorten the operating time.关键词
