摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate different methods of insertion of gastric tube after general anesthesia tracheal intubation.Methods :296 tracheal intubation patients were divided into two groups (control group of 135 and test group of 161) by random according to operation date (singular or even numbers). Control group accept troditional insertion of gastric tube while test group accept spiral naso intestinal feeding tube guide wire-guiding insertion of gastric tube. Compare the success tate,the time and postoperative complication of two groups.Results :There was a significant difference between two group (P<0.01), according to the success rate,postoperative complications and intubation time.Conclusion :Compared with the troditional method,improvement method (spiral naso intestinal feeding tube guide wire-guiding) have higher success rate,more safe and more simplicity,and less complication.So improvement method (spiral naso intestinal feeding tube guide wire-guiding) is more fit for patient after general anesthesia tracheal intubation.关键词
