闭式负压引流在口腔颌面部多间隙感染中的应用OA
The Application of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage in Multi-space Infection of Oral and Maxillofacial
目的：探讨闭式负压引流在口腔颌面部多间隙感染中的应用。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在科室自2010年1月-2012年1月收治的39例口腔颌面部多间隙感染患者，采用脓肿切开闭式负压引流技术，分析临床效果。结果：本组39例患者，经闭式负压引流术及有效抗生素治疗后均治愈，顺利出院。结论：应用闭式负压引流可以建立优异的引流，冲洗操作方便有效，依据负压能够有效去除腔隙坏死物，且具有缩短疗程，切口隐蔽不影响美观的优点，值得在临床推广使用。
Objective:To Explore the application of closed negative pressure drainage in multi-space infection of oral and maxillofacial. Methods:Retrospective analyzed 39 patients with multi-space infection in oral and maxillofacial between January 2010 and January 2012.
