安理申治疗血管性认知障碍的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of donepezil to treat vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods:60 VCI patients were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,and were randomly divided into treat group and control group with 30 patients in each group.Two groups were both treated on each basal diseases,the treat group were treated with donepezil,the duration of treatment was 24 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated by using MMSE score.Results:MMSE score of the treat group was higher than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has good effect of using donepezil to treat VCI and can be widely used in clinic.关键词
