摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the surgical treatment and effects for trimalleolar fracture.Methods:From April 2005 to October 2010,we retrospectively analyzed the data of patients with trimalleolar fracture who were treated by ORIF.Results:87 cases were followed-up (mean 15 months,range 1-2 years);Bone union occurred in all cases.And the total satisfactory rate was 94.3%with the Bird-Jackson criterion.Conclusion:The early surgical treatment and systemic rehabilitation can help patients with trimalleolar fractures regain the normal function of ankle joint,and get a satisfactory effect.关键词
