摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extended release nifedipine tablets combined with simvastatin in treatment of patients with primary hypertension.Methods:148 cases of primary hypertension patients were divided into treatment group (78 cases) and control group (70 cases),through the contrast observation on the treatment of their antihypertensive effect.Results:After treatment for 3 months,the treatment group of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure, cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) were significantly decreased,there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Extended release nifedipine tablets combined with simvastatin could lower blood pressure,reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
