Abstract
Objective:To detect the flow spectrum of common femoral veins(CFV) in patients with tricuspid regurgitation(TR) and to explore the relationship between changes of flow spectrum and the degree of TR.Methods:The flow spectra of CFV in 48 adults with different degrees of TR and 18 normal adults were examined by Philips IE33 and HD15.The flow spectrum parameters of CFV:the minimum flow velocity (Va) and duration time (Ta) were obtained. Results:Va and Ta of mild TR group was similar to that of control group(P>0.05).Va and Ta in moderate and severe TR group increased markedly compared with normal and mild TR group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Va and Ta of CFV are associated closely with degrees of TR.The flow spectrum of moderate and severe TR group is characteristic,Va and Ta increase markedly.关键词
