摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of misoprostol combined with calcium in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Our hospital from February 2011 to March 2012 obstetric admitted 56 patients underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given calcium joint oxytocin treatment;The observation group were given misoprostol combined with calcium treatment,the two groups were compared.Results:24 h mean blood loss of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);and newborns born after 1 min Apgar score of observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with calcium treatment of cesarean patients with section patient with hemorrhage is significantly.It has ever lasting contraotin effect of wterus,low prices,is valuable to used in basic hespital.关键词
