摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical development of new diabetes education pattern and evaluation of series of intensive education on blood glucose control in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients and behavior change.Methods:60 cases of newly diagnosed retired or daily in home patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given a series of intensive education,including the diabetes health education,diet guidance,exercise,medication guidance,self monitoring and psychological care,patients in control group were given conventional random education,content ibid.Observed the glycemic control and behavior changes of two groups.Results:The blood glucose, suitable exercise and self management of experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The improvement effective of series of education is better than the traditional random education on glycemic control,psychological and behavioral.It can improve patients’self care ability,and control blood glucose in the desired range.关键词
