琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片控制老老年持续性房颤心室率临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:Toinvestigatetheefficacyandsafetyofmetoprololsuccinatesustained-releasetabletsincontrollingtheveryagedpatientsventricularrateofpersistentatrialfibrillation.Methods:49casesofpatientswithpersistentatrialfibrillationwererandomlydivideintotwogroups.Theobservationgroupwas24cases.Thecontrolgroupwas25cases.Bothgroupsweregiventhebasisofconventionaltherapy.Theobservationgroupusedmetoprololsuccinatesustained-releasetablets.Thecontrolgroupusessmalldosesofdigoxin.Afterfourweekstreatment,changesofrestingheartandheartrateafterexerciseratewereobservedbeforeandaftertreatment.Results:Therestingheartrateoftwogroupspatientspost-treatmentwassignificantlylowerthanpretherapy(P<0.05).Theobservationgroupofheartrateafterexercisepost-treatmentwassignificantlylowerthanpretherapy(P<0.01),butthecontrolgroupdidnotchangesignificantlybeforeandaftertreatment(P>0.05).Theobservationgroupofheartrateafterexercisepost-treatmentwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Thetotaleffectiveofobservationgroup(91.7%)wassignificantlyhigherthancontrolgroup(84.0%).Conclusion:Metoprololsuccinatesustained-releasetabletscaneffectivelycontroltheelderlypatients’sventricularrateofpersistentatrialfibrillation,andachievetherapeuticpurposes.关键词
