Abstract
Objective:Tostudytheelectrochemicaladdhardenerinjectiontechniqueinthetreatmentofhemorrhoidsclinicalcurativeeffect.Methods:121patientswithsimplehemorrhoidsinauthor’shospitalfromFebruary2010toJuly2012inwereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogroups,onegroupof59patientsincontrolgroup,anothergroupof62casesforstudygroup,thecontrolgroupusetheelectrochemicaltherapy,andthestudygroupbytheelectrochemicaladdhardenerinjectiontechnique,observationcomparedbetweenthescoreofclinicalfeature(bleeding,pain,incisionedemaandanaldiscomfort),woundhealingtimeintwogroupspatients.Results:Comparedwithbeforetreatment,variousclinicalfeaturescoreoftwogroupsaftertreatmentweresignificantlyreduce,therewasstatisticalsignificance(P<0.05),aftertreatment,comparedwithcontrolgroup,variousclinicalfeaturescoreofstudygroupreducethedifference,therewasstatisticallysignificance(P<0.05).Thehealingtimeofcontrolgroup(23.24±5.87)d,thehealingtimeofstudygroup(18.89±3.46)d,therewasstatisticallysignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theelectrochemicaladdhardenerinjectiontreatinghemorrhoidsoperationhasremarkablecurativeeffect,whichisworthpopularizing.关键词
