摘要
Abstract
Objective:Toobservetheclinicalcurativeeffectoflaparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopyintreatmentofcholelithiasisandcholedocholithiasis.Methods:Thegallbladderandbileductstonesin72patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups,treatmentgroupweretreatedbylaparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopy,thecontrolgroupusingconventionalopenoperationanditsefficacyandpatientrecoveryspeedwerecompared.Results:Thestonewereallsuccessfultookoutintwogroups.Theoperationtime,bleedingvolumeinoperationtime,postoperativepain,analexhausttime,hospitalstayinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopycombinedwithcholedochoscopyforcommonbileductstonecomplicatedwithgoodcurativeeffect,fastrecovery.关键词
