Abstract
Objective:Todetermineandcomparetheconcentrationofserumneuron-specificenolase(NES)inserumlevelsbeforeandaftertreatmentofneuralgrowthfactor(NGF)intraumaticbraininjury(TBI)patients.Methods:TwohundredandfortysixpatientswithTBIweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtoevaluationbytheGlasgowcomascale(GCS)atadmission,moderateTBIgroup(GCS9-12)had120cases,severeTBIgroup(GCS6-8)had126cases,126severepatientsinsevereTBIgroupweredividedintoacceptedNGFinjectiontreatmentgroup(80cases)andunacceptedNGFinjectiontreatmentgroup(46cases).SerumNSElevelwasdeterminedbyusingELISAintheadmissiondaybeforeNGFtreatmentandthe7thdayaftercontinualNGFinjectiontreatment.Results:TheserumlevelsofNSEinpatientsbothinsevereTBIgroupandmoderateTBIgroupafteracceptationthetreatmentofNGFtreatmentweredecreasedsignificantlyascomparedtothecorrespondinggroupbeforeNGFtreatment(P<0.05).ComparetothecontrolwhodiddotacceptedNGFinjection,theserumlevelsofNSEinpatientsacceptedNGFtreatmentweredecreasedsignificantlyinsevereTBIgroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:ThehigherserumlevelsofNSE,theseverertheTBI.NGFinjectiontreatmentcandecreasetheserumlevelsofNSEandpromotetherecoveryofTBI.关键词
