摘要
Abstract
Objective:Toexplorethetherapeuticeffectoffamciclovircombinedwiththymalfasinintreatmentofrecurrentgenitalherpes.Methods:Eighty-fourpatientswithrecurrentgenitalherpeswererandomlydividedintoexperimentalgroup(n=42)andcontrolgroup(n=42).Thecasesincontrolgroupwereonlytreatedwithfamciclovir,whereasthoseinexperimentalgroupweretreatedwithfamciclovirincombinationwiththymalfasin.Thecourseoftreatmentwasonemonth.Clinicaleffectivenessandrecurrencerateinsixmonthsaftertreatmentwerecompared.Results:Theeffectiverateinexperimentalgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therecurrencefrequencywasmarkedlydecreasedinexperimentalgroupcomparedwithincontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatmentofrecurrentgenitalherpeswithfamciclovirincombinationwiththymalfasinhasbetterclinicaleffectiveness,andcanreducerecurrencefrequency.关键词
