摘要
Abstract
Objective:Tocomprehendthecharacteristicoftheresistanceinfectedanaerobeofthediabetesmoistgangreneandtoprovideguidelineforclinicalpractice.Methods:Anaerobeculturesanddrugsusceptibilitytestsofthespecimen.Results:Anaerobicinfectionratewas31.1%,anaerobicbacteriaandaerobicbacteriamixedinfectionaccountedfor87.4%ofanaerobicinfection.Theresistanceratetopenicillin,cefotetanandlincomycinofanaerobewassignificantlybiggerthanclindamgcin,cefotaximeandmetromidazole(P<0.01).Conclusion:Diabeticgangreneofanaerobicbacteriatovariousantibioticshavedifferentresistance,shouldbeusedscientificlyinclinical.关键词
