Abstract
Routineurinetestisoneofthethreemajortestsinmedicallaboratory;urinetestisanimportantpreliminarytestinclinicalapplication.Thistestforurinarysystemdiseasesdiagnose,treatmentandobservationofcurativeeffecthasimportantvalueandcanprovideimportantcluestotheessenceofpathologicalprocesses.Inspectionmethodshavebeenfromthetraditionalmanualmicroscopicexaminationtotheinstrumentdetection.Duringthepracticalworktheauthorhavefoundthat2kindsofmethodsonurineleukocytedetectionresultsarenotthesame.Theauthorwillgiveadiscussionabouttheurineanalyzerandtraditionalmicroscopymethodfordetecttheurineleukocyte.关键词
