Abstract
Objective :To analyses the effects of patient controlled intravenous analgesics(PCIA) with butorphanol in patients undergoing operation for esophagus cancer.Methods :56 cases of thoracic surgery in patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The test group patients with analgesic,butorphanol analgesic tramadol control group. Record 6,12,24,48 h after VAS scores at each time point, Ramsey score,PCIA pressing times,patient satisfaction and complications.Results :No significant difference between the two groups at each time point VAS score compared,the test group in the postoperative 6,12,24,48 h at each time point sedation scores were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) ;two sets of PCA pressing times the difference was not statistically significant ;lower complication rates of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant ;the test patients the PCIA satisfaction rate higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion :Butorphanol,tramadol for postoperative esophageal cancer PCIA safe and effective,fewer side effects butorphanol,overall satisfaction and sedation than tramadol.关键词
