Effects of Heat Treatment on the Electrochemical Corrosion Property of ZA35-3.5Mn Alloy
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the law by which heat treatment influence the electrochemical property of spray forming ZA35-3.5Mn alloy,the effects of different solution and aging time on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of ZA35-3.5Mn alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied by observing microstructure,EDX analysis and potentiodynamic polarization measurement.The results show that under the 3.5% NaCl solution corrosion condition and compared with alloy without heat treatment,the corrosion current densities of alloy decrease as much as 41.2% and 30.0%,respectively after solution at 385 ℃ for 4 h and 385 ℃/4h solution + 120 ℃/15 h aging treatment,and the corrosion resistance of the alloy is enhanced obviously.关键词
