摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage defects of lost foam casting ductile iron shell,the pouring temperature,vacuum degree,pouring system and riser were improved,and the production process was optimized.The simulation results show that the liquid metal filling is smooth,feeding efficiency is better,and the gating system is beneficial to exhaust and discharge by improving pouring system.The production practice shows that the quality of the castings can meet the production requirements.
