摘要

Abstract

By adjusting method ways ofshell preserve heat,preheating temperature and casting temperature of a slim slender fine grain casting of low pressure turbine blade,we studied the parameters of casting process which influence misrun,cold-lap,grain size and porosity defect.The result show that the ways of shell preserve heat by sand filling and thermal insulation blanket parcel had same effect on misrun,cold-lap,and porosity defect.When preheat temperature of shell is higher than 1 150 ℃,grains will coarsen.With 1100 ℃ preheated temperature of the shell and 1 450 ℃ of pouring temperature,the misrun and cold-lap defects are easy to occur.When the shell was preheated at 1 100 ℃ and,pouring at 1 500 ℃,the cold-lap,misrum,coarsen grain defects could be effectively avoided.The improvement of gating system can effectively solve the porosity defect in slim slender turbine blade.
