摘要

Abstract

Taking nano material grain as research object,the thermodynamic function was introduced to the CA algorithm to built coupling model,the growth process of new cast metal Co nanocrystal was simulated using computer simulation system,the effect of thermodynamic properties of nanocrystalline structure on the dynamic characteristics of the material was determined.It provides a scientific reference for the control research of grain growth in new nano materials.
